More and more businesses, restaurants, employees and residents are flocking to Downtown Roanoke, according to a recent news story on WDBJ-7. Downtown Roanoke, Inc. says 15,000 people work downtown. Read more about the positive economic trend here.
Waldvogel Commercial Properties Brokers Sale of Roanoke City Shopping Center

Waldvogel Commercial Properties has brokered the sale of Creekside Center, a 16,800-square-foot retail shopping strip, located at the corner of Peters Creek Road and Shenandoah Avenue in Roanoke City. Michael M. Waldvogel, CCIM, SIOR and Krista Vannoy, CCIM were the selling agents.
The shopping center was built in 2005. It sold for $905,000.
“This is a vibrant shopping center at the intersection of two well-traveled corridors,” said Waldvogel. He noted that space is available.

Waldvogel Commercial Properties has brokered the sale of a 6,094-square- foot office/warehouse building located in the Commonwealth Industrial Park in Southwest Roanoke County. The building, 6550 Commonwealth Drive, sold for $460,000. Atlantic Construction Inc. purchased it from JJJ Partnership. Michael M. Waldvogel, CCIM, SIOR and Krista Vannoy, CCIM were the listing agents.
