Waldvogel Commercial Properties Brokers the Sale of Three Verizon Properties

The building measures approximately 53,800 square feet and is situated on a seven-acre site. It is located near the Roanoke Regional Airport in the busy commercial and retail corridor that includes Valley View Mall.

The property sold to Delta Dental of Virginia for approximately $35.43 per square foot.

The firm also has represented Verizon in the sale of two other office properties in the region:

  • An office building at 254 Industrial Park Drive in Amherst, VA was sold on December 22 from Verizon South Inc. to L&M Properties, LLC, a Roanoke-based investment group. The property is a 37,200-square-foot office building on a 9.8-acre site in the Amherst Industrial Park.
  • An office building at 802 E. Main Street in Pulaski, VA was sold on December 15 from Verizon Communications Inc. to the County of Pulaski. It is a 14,000-square-foot office building situated on a 1.7-acre site with more than 100 parking spaces. Pulaski County plans to relocate its Sheriff’s Department and 911 call center to the property.
